Mommy Amour.

As I said yesterday, Im going to tell you how I came up with my new blog name. I brought it up to my husband because I just couldn't come up with a name by myself. I didn't want anything that didn't describe me or my blog and I certainly didn't want anything that sounded like another blog. So, I was ecstatic when he seemed even remotely interested. He had a great idea: to make a list of words that describe me, words that I love, and my favorite things. Then we would look at my lists and come up with the perfect name. I couldn't wait! I sat down and started on my lists and it was a lot of fun. But at the same time, it was kind of tough thinking about these things on the spot.

Here are a few things I came up with.

My list could go on and on, but I'll end here. Do you ever think about all the things that you love? You may be surprised at what you come up with. After both thinking for a couple of days for my new name, we came up with Mommy Amour. I love being a mommy and I love the word "amour" which actually means love. I knew that's exactly what I wanted my blog to be about. All things mommy and all things that I love. So there you have it.
