After seeing these Stuart Weitzman wedges on the Princess herself, I had to have them. She wore these at the Olympics and they look great with her cobalt skinny jeans. She is wearing the denim colored wedge, but I chose the black patent wedges because I think I'll be able to wear them more, plus, the denim are completely sold out! Go figure. She is a walking advertisement.
These were a splurge, but they were marked down quite a bit. And they are so versatile, they will virtually go with everything!
I'll take her legs, too!:)
Speaking of colored denim jeans, I had to get these for the little man in my life.
Nothing is cuter than skinny jeans on a little boy, and these will be perfect for Fall.
I chose these colors, but they have several to choose from. I ordered them yesterday, not knowing that there is a 30% off sale going on now at The Gap:( Bummer. So, if you are ordering, be sure to put in the code!
How cute is little Mason Disick? He has the best style around, if you ask me. I have been seeing him wear some little moccasins, and after doing some research, I found them.
I don't know if Gray would even wear these, but I sure love them.
Find them here.
Let's talk food.
Lettuce wraps are one of our new favorite things to cook. We must fix this dish at least twice a week. Jamie and I have been low-carbing it for a while now, so we like to try to get creative with meals. Jamie came up with these pork lettuce wraps, inspired from P. F. Chang's recipe. We changed a few things up, like the brown sugar, but I tell ya, these area delish!
Last night, we had a family gathering at Jamie's parents'. Jamie's oldest brother and sister came in to visit. We haven't seen Vickie and her family in years. They have 5 kids, and just recently adopted 2 little boys from Ethiopia. We got to meet them for the first time last night, and they are the cutest and sweetest little boys! Incredibly smart, too. Such a sweet family!
Here are Gray and Sloan with Jack and Misaker. Pawpaw Ronald entertained everyone with lots of rides on his tractor lift.
The kids {and adults} loved it! Sloan cackled the entire time.
We even managed to get a group picture in. Talk about a big family, and this isn't even half of us!
Too bad I didn't capture a picture of our meal...seriously delicious, home cooked food!
As we were leaving, Gray said, "I love that baby." When I asked which baby he was referring to, he answered,"that yellow baby." LOL
Lastly, I don't know about you, but this is how I feel...
Happy Weekend!
